Why does the battery drain so quickly?
When the Settings selection screen is always on, both the screen and MCU are working, so it is normal that the battery drains quickly. It uses 15% of the battery in about 24 hours. We recommend turning off the display screen when not in use.
Why is “Screen Time”, “Battery Cycle”, “Total Input”, and “Total Output” not showing “0” on the display?

Why can’t the power reach 140W?

4. Why does USB-A port show 0.1W output when the power bank is not connected to any device?

Doesnât charge anything anymore
Initially the product was really good, but after using it for 3 months it stopped charging anything properly. Either my phone (iphone 15 pro max) gives me the warning âcannot use accessory – this accessory uses too much powerâ or the powerbank displays âUVP – Low Voltage Detected – Do Not Useâ. I also tried charging different phones (and different cables) with no success. I barely used it with just 8 battery cycles and 100% battery health.
