Overheating too much!
It will charge iPhone 12 pro max but will get it very hot! Iâm always getting notification in my phone saying that temperature needs to cool down before you can use it.Iâm driving between 15-30mins and canât even get a full charge because of overheating problem.Just wasted buying this product, not able to use it properly.

Me gustó mucho el producto, tengo 10 dÃas utilizándolo y funciona de manera correcta (tienen que utilizar el adaptador a USB que viene ya que requiere mÃnimo 3Amperes). El plástico se siente de calidad y encaja muy bien con la estética del auto, si alguien no sabe que es un aditamento de terceros ni se da cuenta. No se calienta el aparato(El teléfono es el que se calienta, como en cualquier teléfono cuando está cargando). Lo he probado con un Galaxy S23 Ultra, un S21, y un ZFlip4 sin problema. No se que tal funcione con Iphones pero no deberÃa tener problema.

This works great for my Galaxy S22 phone with an Otter Box Defender case. Only charging issue I have come across is my phone will not charge when using Pandora with the Pandora app on the infotainment system but I play Pandora on the phone and use Bluetooth the phone charges just fine. this is most likely a software issue more than the charging unit. The fitment is perfect inside the dash cubby hole. Simply plug the power cable to the unit, micro USB side. Then slide the unit into place dropping the power cord down through the pass through hole at the back right corner of the cubby. It’s an access to run the wire cleanly down to the power port on the right lower side of the center console. Plug in the power adaptor in to the power port and plug in the USB plug into the power adaptor. Turn on the power switch and simply set your phone down to charge. On the 10th Gen Honda Civics with automatic transmission, the gear shift gets in the way with it in the park position but has good access when its in the drive position. Compared to the Honda unit avail. this is a huge bargain. Honda wants $250.oo for there unit which is probably this same unit anyhow.

So I have a 2019 right hand drive car, and the square cut out at the rear of that area is on the opposite side to the designed cutout on this device. Either they do a left and right hand versions and the wrong one has been sent or this product is only suitable for European, US Civics as it wonât be suitable with ones in right hand drive countries such as UK and Australia.

This charging pad looks fantastic and fits perfectly into my 2020 Honda Civic. It looks like original equipment but is far cheaper than getting the official Honda accessory (which I was quoted at $447 – ouch). My partner had no idea I had installed the charge pad – it looks that good.It is a little slippery but there is a lip that holds your phone in and once it starts charging (blue light turns green), everything is good. My phone did stop charging when I hit a bumpy stretch (I live on a gravel road), but once I was on pavement my iPhone kept proper contact and charged properly.I am using this with the Carlinkit 2.0 so that I now have wireless CarPlay in my 2020 Honda Civic. Using this charging pad, with its own power switch, I can now decide when my iPhone is charging. I do not want my iPhone to charge every time driving my car as that cannot be good for the phone battery.
