Update: so, I dropped my phone in the parking lot and the screen to my Galaxy s20 ultra shattered. This case is beautiful but hardly protects. Small drops, sure. But if you don’t have insurance (only cost me $29 to fix my phone), then I’d go for something with more protection. But with this phone, you can’t have a case with a screen protector bc the biometric fingerprint is on the screen (really miss it being in back of phone near camera).Makes it difficult to find a nice case + protection.Not bulky. Great quality. And SO pretty. I’m able to do wireless charging with it. I love that it is multiple layers for more protection. Will definitely purchase again

This phone case is really pretty and protects the phone very well but I am having a very hard time being able to push in my on- off and volume buttons. It takes all my might to do so. Is there a trick to it or am I missing something here. It shouldn’t be this difficult to reach my buttons thru this case. Bit overall I’m loving it

Quality is not good
I absolutely love the color, style, and the protection the phone case offers. However just after a few months of having it, the back has started to peel. There seems to be a clear film over the entire case which has begun to peel all over leaving the case feeling rough, looking ugly, and leaving pieces of the film everywhere. Its a shame as it was a beautiful case.

Just got, what maybe the last Note Ultra 20 in Canada..lol And needed a case to keep this amazing phone safe. It is so well made, easy to install( and take off..just be careful duh ð) and most importantly it is durable. I am glad it didn’t come with a screen protector pre-attatched. Those suck! Get a real screen protector and quit complaining that this amazing case doesn’t have one.What else….hmmm yes its amazing and beautiful, and I purchased another color immediately cause that’s how I roll. Please make a black and gold one so I can buy that one too!Peace out ð¤

J’ai acheté la 1ère coque rose pour ma soeur apres avoir lu les avis plutôt positif. J’ai voulu constater en essayant. L’avantage que j’y voyais était que pour une protection complète, j’envisageais de coller au dos un support auto-adhésif pour maintient élastiqué, et ajouter un verre trempé en facade et sur caméra et ajouter une dragonne. J’ai su que la coque ne possédait pas les trous pour la dragonne, mais j’ai pu les faire avec un petit clou fin chauffé proprement. Et le résultat du tout a ete largement concluant. C’est pourquoi je rachète a ce jour une coque bleue pour mon propre téléphone. Les téléphones sont réellement bien protégés et facile d’entretien et très beau. Je recommande ce produit vivement.
