During calls the screen blackshout within 10 to 12 seconds and it will not be available for interaction with the screen..While playing videos, if stopped at middle and go to some other platform, when we come back to the same video,s screen with black but musically playing.Unfortunately the customer service is very very poor and Amazon wull not replace the itemSi easily and advisors to visit customer’s Samsung service centres.When I visited the centre customer care executive told that the it’s a mistake of the software loaded to the phone and this software has to be reloaded and if software is reloaded, all the data and apps will be errased. Andy Ham bhi device Samsung GalaxyA15 .Even after going to service centres twice and reloading the software, the phone doesn’t work properly. Links emails and messages cannot be opened even today.This is the worst phone I ever come across amd I will never advise any Samsung brand phones to my friends and relatives.
