It came in mint condition and have 0 hours of time used on the battery so they put a fresh battery in and there was not a single scratch on the back or on the screen, overall a great purchase

I needed a phone that would be ASHA compliant for my new hearing aids. New ones were ridiculously expensive and far beyond what I required as a fairly basic user. An Iphone would have been most compatible, but its only real advantage over Android would be in voice control for phone calls, and I almost never use the phone to make calls. Looked around (FB Marketplace, Kijiji, local ads) and found the ads were either far away, placed by risky looking sellers, expensive, or not so great condition. Samsung S22 was about Iphone13-14 level by ratings and by far the least expensive option, so I took a chance on this (excellent, refurbished) phone. Turned out well. A few minor marks on the glass screen that are hard to pick out unless you look closely with it off and no screen protector, otherwise looks like new. Battery could last me 2 days if I wanted. Everything seems to work fine and it has the features I wanted. If I am still around in 5 years+ then I will likely buy a refurb phone this way again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading several reviews. I bought this because I have had great customer service through Amazon and this seller had a high reputation. It said excellent condition, and truthfully, it is. I waited a month to do my review incase I had any issues. The phone is amazing. No issues, and I love this phone so much. I switched after my iPhone 13 started having hardware issues after only 2 years. This s22Ultra had no scratches and no defects that I can find or experience. I don’t think I’ll ever spend $1400 on a new phone ever again. Second hand through Amazon is the way!
