Disappointed and disgusting item.
I really need this item unfortunately upon checking i found out that the package of this item were damaged, and when i checked both earpiece there is a residue of somebody who used it with dirty earcanal. I am disappointed. I bought it for AED183 and now it is already around AED230+

I bought these to replace my T10 earbuds. Originally I bought the same pair for my husband and after he told me how much he loves them. I bought myself a pair and I found them even better than the T10âs. The sound quality is amazing and they have a clear crisp sound with podcasts. The companion app allows for you to customize your sound easily. Bonus points for the app allowing you to locate the earbuds in their last location.However the left one did stop working BUT upon contacting TOZO directly, they were quick to respond and offer to send me a new pair at no cost. Overall, I will be purchasing again when I need to.
