UPDATE- SUPPORT REACHED OUT AND SENT ME A REPLACEMENT DEVICE. I own many iwalk chargers, even have their special charger that charges multiple at a time, this one stopped charging after a month of use. I contacted their support for a warranty replacement and never heard back

The product came fast, was very user friendly and self explanatory in terms of how to use it. What makes me sad is that though it does not take a long time to charge the product itself, it does not have the charging power nor charging life I expected from it’s reviews. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 S+ whose port I take care of and my phone lets me know the charging power whenever I plug it in. With this product, so far it has been working (which is good; if your phone doesn’t detect it, just reset the charger and then plug it in again), but it either gives my phone barely a charge or is “slow-charging,” at most giving my phone a 10% boost if I don’t need to use it. I was expecting at least twice that much power and never expected to see it slow-charging, but it is small, simple technology and I suppose it is useful in a pinch in terms of booking digital travel. I was really hoping I could use this to help me navigate when I travel but it just doesn’t have that kind of power. Forget about using it to do quick work.
