…y habÃa una buena razón para que asà fuera: El producto no funcionaba correctamente! No voy a entrar en detalles, pero tuve problemas para enlazarlo con Windows 11 Pro y con mi iPhone. Pero… el vendedor se puso en contacto conmigo, fue muy amable, muy atento, intercambiamos mensaje, se preocupó por lo ocurrido y, me ofreció enviarme otros SoundPEATS sin necesidad de regresar los que habÃa adquirido.Debo decir que llegaron muy pronto (2 dÃas después) y estos si funcionaron a la perfección! Y realmente los he disfrutado mucho! Gran sonido, excelente duración de la baterÃa y un sin fin de buenos etcéteras!Entiendo que, de vez es cuando, tenemos mala suerte y nos toca recibir un producto defectuoso (nada ni nadie es “perfecto”) y nos quedamos con una muy mala opinión del producto debido a la mala experiencia que tuvimos… y es justo en ese momento donde los buenos vendedores entran en acción. Esos a los que realmente les interesa la imagen de su marca y le dan seguimiento a la postventa y este es uno de esos vendedores!Si hay algo mejor que un buen producto, es justamente el respaldo que puede tener el consumidor de la marca de dicho producto, cualquiera que este sea. Eso te hace sentir confiado de adquirirlo porque sabes de ante mano que, cualquier problema que pudieras tener, estarás respaldado por ellos.Yo realmente no sé cuánto van a durarme estos audÃfonos o si son de mejor o menor calidad que otros. Lo único que si sé y estoy 100% seguro es que, cuando vaya a adquirir algún producto y vea que entre toda la variedad de opciones hay unos que son de la marca ” SoundPEATS”, esos serán mi primera opción de adquisición! Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio al cliente de Soundpeats. Tuve un problema con un envÃo; los audÃfonos llegaron sucios y usados. Sin embargo y sin pedirlo, me enviaron un par nuevo sin ningún costo. Este llegó sellado y en un muy poco tiempo. Hoy los use por la tarde y quedé muy contento con su calidad de sonido. Cargan muy rápido y son muy cómodos. Sà los recomiendo, la verdad.
