I am updating my low rating to a high rating thanks to the excellent warranty support. The team quickly assessed the issue and replaced the defective product efficiently.The cover started cracking on the sides in less than a year, even though I have very infrequently removed it from my phone. Additionally, the plastic has begun to yellow, despite being advertised as resistant to yellowing. Overall, I am a bit disappointed with the durability and quality.

I like the case. It looks good, not thick and the magsafe works. Confident with the lens protection at the back, its slightly elevated and seems to be a harder plastic. Only bad thing to say was the magnet seems to have slightly affected the pen on one specific area, I have to slightly add pressure on that area to register. Still would use the case, since I rarely draw, have no issues writing.

The fit of this case is sleek and secure, and it looks pristinely neat. The protection it offers is phenomenal— especially at this pricepoint. I’ve actually been repurchasing this item for several years and have always been extremely satisfied. I have thankfully never had any issues with my phone screen cracking or other surfaces chipping/denting/scuffing, despite that I admittedly drop my phone quite frequently. In my opinion it outperforms Otterbox by a long shot, as well as every other brand in that category.The material is impressively durable and resistant to ‘wear & tear’, however, I only wish the clear case didn’t discolour as quickly as it does. It typically starts to turn (slightly) yellow at about the 4-month mark and gradually declines from there, no matter how frequently and how well you clean it. That said, the Otterbox case I previously owned hsd turned completely yellow within 3 weeks… so all things considered, I stand by this one being the overall best value on the market. The quality for the price is truly unmatched.
