Thereâs something special about even the experience of just reading this book. I know I love Dr Wayne Dyer but the words he uses here and his way of expressing them really reaches out through the pages and reminds you of Spirit and the interconnected ness of us all with each other and Source/God in such a profound way. I feel so much lighter, like the realisations (even if I thought I had them before) are shifting stuck energy within me. A touch of the mystical for me and my friends mum felt the same way about reading this too. Hopefully this magic can work through and for you. Iâm just came in to give a review.

Probably the best book by Wayne Dyer. The essential message of the book is content in the following ten points:1) Everything in our universe is nothing but energy. That is to say,In essence, everything vibrates at a certain frequency.2) The slower frequencies are more solid and that’s where they appearour problems.3) Faster frequencies are less visible, such as light andthought.4) The fastest frequencies are what I call «spirit».5) When you go from the slowest and lowest frequencies to thehigher and faster frequencies of the spirit, these cancel out andThey dissipate what we call problems.6) You have the capacity and power to increase your energy and access tohigher and faster energies in order to eradicate anyproblem of your life.7) To find spiritual solutions to the “problems” you areexperiencing you have to understand and practice somefundamentals and basic principles.8) Once you understand these principles, you have to decide if you wantbe in a high energy field or a low energy field.9) When you finally know and deeply understand the world ofspirit, you will see clearly that all problems are illusionscreated by our mind because we believe that we are separated fromour origin, which we call God, although you can call it from anothermode if you prefer.10) These illusions are no more than mistakes of our thinkingand, like any mistake, they disappear when they faceface to face with the truth.

I was too fast and too harsh to judge this book. To be frank this one is not for everyone. The book calls for immense spiritual maturity. There are facts which call for understanding, not just with mind but with heart as well. Thank God I picked it up again after a break and started to read it again.
